The del Balzo di Presenzano family’s passion for agriculture started over 100 years ago, in the hills of Puglia. Years later, Count Ferdinando, a chemist by trade, wanted to continue to share this love of the land by bringing the best Italian tomatoes and olive oil to markets across the Atlanticwith the birth of Mediterranea Italia, which has since become one of the leading Italian exporters.

Today, the tradition continues within the family as his son, Ludovico, heads sales, daughter, Leandra, heads the fiscal administration and nephew Massimo and niece Alessia expand Mediterranea’s footprint in markets across the world.
